What areas do you cover?

We are based in Harwich, Essex where we offer free delivery but are willing to deliver outside of this area including (but not limited to), Wrabness, Manningtree, Thopre-le-soken, Clacton, Walton, Frinton, Colchester, Ipswich.

 

How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery to Harwich and Dovercourt, customers outside of this area are subject to a delivery charge. Please contact us for further information.

 

Is there a minimum order?

Our Teepee tents are a 3 tent minimum order. There is no other minimum order on other products subject to your location.

 

Can I collect my hire personally.

All of our products require a professional set-up. We carry out a dynamic risk assessment to ensure the safety and welfare of our customers. Once this is complete we have a short safety briefing which includes our rules to keep everyone safe. A disclaimer need to be signed and accepted prior to us leaving any of our equipment for use.

 

Do I need to provide you with anything?

A safe space is required for all of our products with access to electricity points (if required). All we ask is that our products are looked after and the simple rules are followed.

 

Do you offer discount for multiple item hire?

We find our prices to be very competitive based on the market around us. Small discounts may apply should you wish to hire multiple products at the same location/time. Please contact us for more information.

 

Will you install on a hard standing?

Our 8x11ft castles can be installed in halls or other social buildings for indoor use, we would secure these with sandbags to prevent any movement.

The 15x15 adult castle can only be installed on a grass area and pegged down using BS EN compliant steel pegs.

We will not install any products outside unless on a grassed area.

 

Can your bouncy castles be used indoors?

Yes – All of our castles can be installed indoors using our specially designed sandbags used as anchor points.  We recommend indoor setups to avoid cancellations due to unforeseen weather conditions. 

 

What happens in adverse weather conditions?

We will not look to charge for cancellations made within 72 hours due to poor weather conditions. However if wind speeds or gust conditions exceed 24mph and rain is forecast we will be forced to cancel the booking. We strongly recommend having a backup location (indoors) or looking to hire a venue that can accommodate the products specifications to avoid any unwanted disappointment. 

 

What happens if I have no rear access to my property?

All of our products are very compact and we are able to transport through your home to enable a set up in your back garden or venue. Please advise us of any restrictions upon your initial inquiry.

 

How do I pay?

We require a 20% non-refundable deposit on all products. Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash. The remainder of the balance would then need to be paid 1 week prior to your event. Should you wish to pay cash upon delivery please let us know as part of your initial booking however the deposit is still required.

 

How do you maintain your products?

We carry out a signed safety inspection before and after each setup - this will also need to be signed by the hirer. These include checking for any tears or weakness in the material that may affect the core function of the product. Should there be any concerns we would look to rectify these on site if possible. All products are checked for foreign objects before and after use. After this is completed a waiver would need to be signed prior to use.

 

How long can I keep the products for?

We aim to install all of our castles on the morning of the scheduled date, however we are able to set up the night before providing the product is safe and secure – this would be assessed prior to your booking if the product is available. For example, if you were hiring for your wedding day and would like an early setup without us interfering in your special day we will do our best to accommodate this for you. Our products are rented on a daily basis and a extra £30 charge would apply should you wish for an overnight setup.

 

I only need the product for a shorter period (1-3 hours), do you offer discount?

Our products are priced accordingly which includes our day rate charge. Due to the setup requirements and maintenance between each hire we wouldn’t be able to accommodate multiple hires in 1 day so the same charge would apply throughout.

Do you have public liability insurance?

Yes, all of our products are fully insured with public and product liability cover up to £5million.

 

Are there any rules to follow?

We believe that with our conscious mindset for health, safety and the general welfare of our customers, and providing that the simple rules are followed this will help prevent any injuries. Signs are provided detailing the rules for each product and further details are provided in the customer waivers that are signed and agreed prior to installation.

 

Are your bouncy castles clean?

YES! We take great pride ensuring our products are maintained to the highest of standards. This includes a professional clean after each use with a maintenance check.

 

Do you provide supervision for your bouncy castles?

No we don’t provide supervision for any of our products. However adult supervision is required at all times throughout a private hire at a domestic property. Should you wish to hire any of our products for a corporate event you would have to have someone available to supervise the activities.
